Trying to root my EVO an I keep getting a "file is older" error, so it won't root I've tried the one for the froyo 2.2 update, an it still said this.. Any help would be well, helpful..

My texting got messed up all of a sudden, an now when I text it looks like this: Me: blah blah blah Me: blah blah blah Me: blah blah blah Person: asdf Person: asdf Person: asdf Anything I send gets put to the top of the chat. It's annoying as hell. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
