This icon popped up a few days ago, and I haven't the foggiest what it's to. Anybody recognize it?

Or from the card, whichever. I'll take pics and vids with my Inspire 4G. Then a week later they're gone. Sometimes they'll show up again. Sometimes they won't. For instance, I had a great video of a friend of mine at his bachelor party. Tried to show it to him the next day, it was gone...

Anybody else have this problem? When the phone locks, after a while (don't know how long), the ringer turns itself off. I turn the volume back up to the top level, but after a while it'll turn itself back down. I'm missing a bunch of calls, don't know what's going on. Running 2.3.3, HTC...
