I'm looking for a reliable hands free device to use with my Nexus 5 whilst driving? I currently have a Jabra BT2045 earpiece that I use, but it is very uncomfortable in my ear :( Any suggestions/recommendations of a device that you have had success with?

What is the easiest way to transfer my telephone contacts and email addresses from the regular mini-sized SIM in my Samsung Galaxy Y to the micro SIM in my Nexus 5?

I know there is one out there somewhere cause I was reading it a couple of weeks ago, but unfortunately, I didn't bookmark it :o Could someone please provide me with a link? Running a search in this forum didn't produce any answers. Maybe I am just getting old :)
