I noticed that if you set your alarm, the phone has to be left on for the alarm to go off. I know my old phone you can switch off and the alarm still goes off Any solution to get around this issues for the samsung galaxy?

I downloaded the "Zedge" app, the thing is there is a review of each ringtone so that you can hear it from it is downloaded. However, I can't get the phone to play the review of a ringtone. However, if I download the ringtone, it plays fine Weird...........any ideas how to resolve this???

I am on Orange............really have a poor 3g signal on my galaxy s. But If i switch the phone off and then on again, the signal returns!
