Help Htc one s saying tampered with unlocked

Does anyone know if there is any way I can put my phone into recovery please I have tried to put it into recovery and it just turns off

Let's back up - I assumed that you unlocked the phone yourself.

OK, let's see what you have going on. Download the sdk-tools.zip file and unzip it -

Power off phone, hold volume down while powering on. Use on screen instructions to navigate to FASTBOOT if it didn't come up that way.

Install and then uninstall HTC Sync (this will give you fastboot drivers).

Plug phone into pc, it should now say FASTBOOT USB.

Windows Explorer, find sdk-tools folder, shift+right_click on the folder, choose to open command window here. In command window say

fastboot getvar all

Alt+space for menu on command window, E for edit, select all, copy and paste to here.

Edit out the IMEI and serial numbers for your protection.

Did you download the sdk-tools.zip file on your pc from the link I posted and unzip it using Windows Explorer?

When you do, it creates an sdk-tools folder.

If you're running Windows, the above instructions work from there.

If you're running OS X or Linux, let me know.
