Root Bricked LG F60 Help

A while back I installed cyanogen mod 12.1 using flashify. I backed up the recovery and kernel. The mod worked. Then when I wanted to go back I forgot to erase the dalvik and the cache and everything else, I just installed the old kernel and recovery. then I rebooted to recovery. it got stuck in a boot loop and when I try to go to recovery mode it doesn't work. when I try to install the kdz through download mode the computer doesn't detect the phone, what should I do.
