Hey Folks,
i have an ac4 Sm-G316Hu
i tried to root it using many one click apps that claim to root handset by one click,but didn't work for me.
i'm wondering if anyone Have the root file Of my handset or have any idea how to Root my phone.
thanks in advance.
 
One click apps..... If you have a PC it's easy there is a Cwm recovery online that can be flashed with Odin. If you don't wan't Cwm and prefer Twrp there is a flashable Twrp zip.
Once you have a recovery flashed either load SuperSU on your phones storage or SD card and flash it in the recovery.
Or sideload it and no need to put SuperSU on either storage.

And could you possibly make it clear what do you mean with load SuperSu on phone storage and flash it ?
do you mean I should download Supersu in Zip format and flash it in the recovery?

I tried to Flash Twrp via Recovery but it didn't work !
the phone rebooted itself.
now i rooted my phone with kingo root and had the supersu installed in system itself.
Can i flash a custom Room now ?
 
When you run Odin you can uncheck auto restart. Then once Odin days reset pull the battery, reinsert it. Leave the phone off and unplugged. Then old volume up,home and power to boot Twrp/Cwm. Since you have root now you can use Flashify app to flash a recovery.

If there is a rom available i don't see why you couldn't.
 
Okey.i will download odin on my pc and try to flash the Cwm.
But i'm wondering,since i rooted my device with Kingo root.If i tried to flash a Custom room like cm 12.will the Root be removed ?
because when you Try to flash a room you should first hard Reset the phone.
i'm afraid it will Lose the root by then.
 
But take into consideration that i rooted my device with a one click app.
i didn't flash the root file via odin or something like that.
the next step i'd do is to flash Cwm via Odin and install Supersu then try to flash a custom room if it's available.
Do you think that this will work ?
 
It doesn't matter how you rooted the device, root is root. Flash Cwm in Odin to make things easier uncheck auto reboot in Odin. Then once Odin says reset,unplug the phone remove and reinsert the battery. Don't turn the phone on.

Hold volume up, home and power. You will then see Clockwork mod based recovery (Cwm) If you want Twrp prior to flashing Cwm in Odin, put the Twrp zip on your internal or SD storage. Then once you're in Cwm flash the Twrp zip.
Make a backup!

No need to flash SuperSU as CM 12.1 is already rooted. So after you make the backup in whatever recovery you choose. Choose the factory reset, then flash whichever rom you desire and Gapps. In Twrp the wipe option is where you will see factory reset.
No need to do anything further.
