Trying to use my LG Stylo 4 to connect to my TV without using MHL cord because it says it's not compatible or using Wi-Fi so I was thinking of the RCA jacks any ideas I just keep tiny ones that says therefore same song and everything and I don't want to buy the wrong one to have it show up and it not be compatible just like when I bought that you made Joe chords and found out that my phone wasn't compatible

Your TV is so old it doesn't have HDMI? Is it a CRT set or something? There are HDMI to analog RCA adapters you could try, together with a Chromecast possibly.
If it's got HDMI, then you should be able to use a Chromecast then. The Stylo just not have MHL or other hardware video out, so any video is going to have to be wireless.
I could do that with a Pocket PC.

Could do it with a Nokia N95.A headphone jack to RCA plug cable that was included with the phone.

How the heck did they get RCA (video) through the headphone jack (audio). Is there really a cable for that?
Yup, it used a four way TRRS jack. Same as a regular phone stereo headset, except it's L&R stereo audio plus composite video, PAL or NTSC. Many analog tape camcorders used the same connection and lead.
