Delete unsaved number from autocomplete

I received an sms from an unsaved number and deleted it.
Now if I start dialing this number - the dialer autocompletes that number no matter what.
I tried deleting the cache of the Contacts app, dialer app, contacts restore/backup, etc.. nothing works!
