Create a very small application

Hi,

Can you help me create a small application that consists of 1 button that links to "Unknown Source" and another button that links to "Google Play Protect"

Here is a photo with 2 buttons and I would like the shortcut button "Unknown Source" to return to the option Unknown Source and the shortcut button "Play Protect" reference to the option "Google Play Protect"

It's complicated to do?
