Hello everyone I am android app developer. And I working on one app and I stuck on one feature of app. Changing voice during call. I can not find way to solve this task. Please help me out to solve this problem

no this is official project... we are making security app

AFAICT, not on the phone itself, not without rooting, hacking, and modifying it somehow. That's probably why the previously posted one does it via SIP, in the cloud.

There's some people on YouTube using voice changing for prank calls to Indian and Nigerian scammers, but they're using PCs or Macs to do it.
