Apps Check Mobile information who login to app

I want to develop android app for check each mobile battery level who log in to app.How build like that app.i haven't any idea to develop like that mobile app

I know you use Android Studio, and I think you code in either Java or Kotlin. Yeh, I'm not a dev either, I teach English and not programming languages.

using it i can check my mobile battery information...i want to check another mobile battery level...that mean..i want to develop app..i am the admin of that app..think some of guys install that app..i want to check battery level who install that app
