I apologize if this thread is in the wrong forum. I have a LG Fiesta 2(model no. LGL163BL) with android 7.0. Every time I turn off airplane mode, the "Location" turns on automatically. I hate this! If I want it on, I'll turn it on myself. How do I stop this from happening? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

It sounds like a settings issue.
On Oreo (8.0.0), my path is:
System Settings | Security & Location | Privacy | Location
Your route may be different, but you should be able to find the settings for location. When I get there, there are various settings, including 'scanning.' Be sure to check through every setting, making any changes that are needed.
Or, you can simply turn it off...assuming you haven't already tried that.
No, I said that "Location" turns on automatically. "Location" was already off before I turned on airplane mode. So when I turn off airplane mode, "Location" turns on automatically. I'll still try your other suggestions though. Thanks a bunch. I'll reply as soon as I can.
