Hello, is there an app might be able to autoreply to SMS texts (during vacations, etc.) sent to my second, VOIP phone line (not cellular)? The app provided by the VOIP service provider does not have this feature.

Perhaps getting a Google Voice phone number will fit your needs?

Lots of features for free, and you can access your account on your mobile device (Hangouts app, Google Voice app, etc.) or using a web browser with any computer with an online connection (and a headset or earphones/microphone of course).
