While downloading an hour long videos via dropbox to my moto, Somehow they dissapear and give me the broken image of video, I am going to stop doing that and just have like half hour videos too, but it was for incase of an emergencies as well. Ontop of that, well I almost fear that dropbox will even over power cloud, I am just wondering if I could send my files to my drive accounts, and just like have my notes on there more.

But I am not looking for just space itself either, I have around 900 Terabites of notes, mostly on facebook and also on my blog too. I am a serious writer too. So my original thought was when download an hour long video, why does it show up a blank image ? Is it because of CCleaner?

CCleaner is junkware, BS garbage and could be causing anything.. You're rockin Cheetah Mobile apps and they've been PROVEN (time and time again) to be garbage apps that data mine. So... ...anything's possible

Anything is possible, I just looked into the Knok softwear for my tablet, could be that as well, buuuuuutttttttttt my other shows seemilngly possibly pretty great when watching them on my moto z2 force.

Nine hundred TERABYTES? Goodness! That's about twice as much data as the US Library of Congress, whose Web Capture team claims that as of March 2014 "the Library has collected about 525 terabytes of web archive data" and that it adds about 5 terabytes per month ("one terabyte = 1,024 gigabytes"). Source

Are you quite sure you're not thinking of another measure, like gigabyte, or that 900 is the correct number?

My 2TB Dropbox account is only 14% used--and that includes thousands and thousands of high-resolution photos, taken with my Nikon DSLR cameras.

How do you store that much data locally? I have 1TB internal and external drives, none of which is even 50% used up.

I'm just trying to wrap my head around this...

I am kidding, I only used around 0.02 % of my drop box quota.
 
Some insight for you,

some particular keyboards have the ability of cutting and pasting(since you brought that up..and that could be your best option)..but the thing is that is done through swpying..in my keyboard if I want to "cut" I need to swepy from the main key until the X key(exhibits1)..this capability has help me in the past in very numerous occasions in different sites, webs, Photoshop, online job applications and so on since they don't have the option of selecting, coping, cutting and pasting with the tip of your finger like the regular easy way..

I will check into that, still when I learn something one way, I must play with it, otherwise i will forget about it :)
