Well it looks like two SIM cards, and there are also two sets of signal bars, so it must be something to do with this being a dual SIM phone.

Never having owned one I can't say more, except that as you have signal on both SIMs it's probably indicating something about your settings rather than a SIM error.

What makes you think there's a SIM error? If there was an error, it would usually show in the notification bar with a "¡" exclamation icon.

Doesn't that mean sim1 and 2 are in use and the icon varies if one of the sims isn't being used?
