Running flash files on Android 8

I have been running flash files and sites on Android 6 very smoothly using Dolphin video or dolphin browser. After upgrading into Android 8, none of these apps are running well: Dolphin browser is unable to install from google play or from APK, and Dolphin video is unable to work porperly.

Does anyone have any solution for flash files?
 
It was Puffin Browser that supported Flash content wasn't it, not Dolphin?

And Puffin only supported it on their cloud servers, and streamed to client browser.

I'm not aware of any other Flash support for Android. Adobe abandoned Flash support for mobile many years ago. And I believe they're just about to nix Flash completely, and will no longer support it at all.

I've never recommended Dolphin Browser myself, because it phones home everything to China, plus it has some nasty adware in it.

Which looks like it was last updated over two years ago. I guess it might be discontinued. So if it doesn't work on latest Android versions, might be SOL. It states it's compatible with my Huawei Mate 10 with Android 9, but is incompatible with my Samsung S7 with Android 8. It does look like they're no longer updating to address any issues with their app.

Yes this one, it's still working fully on Android 6 though.. it's a big loss it was soo easy.

It installs and runs no problem on my Huawei with Android 9, but is incompatible and won't install on a Samsung S7 with Android 8. So there's definitely issues there, and given that it hasn't been updated for over two years, are unlikely to be fixed now.

FYI, if the Flash files are FLV videos, you can play them with VLC or Kodi for Android. I had some FLV Flash videos from the school, and I did play them with VLC. But if it's Flash content and animations on a website, think the only option for mobile now is Puffin Browser.

Yeh SWF is ShockWave Flash.

Which a now deprecated and discontinued proprietary Adobe format. And in the long term if you want to keep playing formats like this, you may need to use legacy software, and even legacy hardware. Or conversion into something that is still supported and isn't proprietary.
 
I have no problem in buying a software for this!

I still run my old Flash apps using an old version of Firefox with Flash plugin from Adobe, worked like a charm.

Can you send them to me : firefox version (because I tried it before) + the flash plugin version (also coz i tried it beofre) & what do you mean by:
You run your flash apps!? I have local files (swf files)
