Geographical corrections
A new simulation mode for the expansion of selected countries on a clean map.

The application has 3 work modes:
1. You can change the province's affiliation on the actual map
2. You can arbitrarily assign provinces on a clean map
3. there is a simulation mode for obtaining terneas by selected countries
Only 3 mode is like a game. The first two are map modifications, I hope good for the mapers
