Why i can't install android 9?

Hi
I recieved update "androind 9" notification on my Htc u11+.
When download finish , there is an error :
"Update is corrupted
The downloaded system software
Update is corrupted.
Do you want to download it again? "
And there is 2 option :
Cancell and download!!
I have done more than 10 time and the error still exist.
Anyone can help?

Have you modified the system software in any way (ROM, recovery, removed pre-installed apps)? If so that might affect your ability to apply an OTA update.

You could go into recovery and clear your system cache. A long shot, but does no harm and only takes a minute.

Otherwise you could try contacting HTC. There's nothing else we can do unless they release an RUU of it (for whatever your phone's CID is).

I haven't done any change on my OS, also cleared cache but problem still exist.

Well if it is right that the download is corrupted then you do not want it to install. Really not. So you don't want a method of bypassing this check.

I would contact HTC. Assuming it's not some bug in your phone then either the update is broken or the checksum is wrong. Either way they are the ones who can fix that.
