Need help with Statistic script

Hello,I need help writing a script i want to make statistic of multiple Buttons clicks in multiple activities im making some quiz app and im intrested in how can i make statistic of ansvers Like how many People answered a. How many b. ...... And i want to display it for each question in statistic page.
If someone have some spare time to point me in right direction. Or link some exe code so i can understand it

Seems like you're going to need two parts: a server with some sort of API, and the app. The app can report the clicks to the server, where you store that data, and the app can read the stats from the server.
