Additionally, same Carrier different phones can make a huge difference. I have a Motorola Z2 force 835 snapdragon. Wife has LG k550. Snapdragon 430 processor I believe. Same plan. My phone is nearly twice as fast browsing.

The Cricket More plan allows no speed cap. I got over 80mbps down and 20 mb up.
