tv box Comes with root

hey guys my tv box a95x f1 Comes with root it has a root switch option, and im curious why it comes with that, and im wondering if any android phones would come with a root switch option

I've had tv boxes before that didn't have a root switch option, so maybe all the newer tv boxes come with it? it is a 8.1 I think
