Mini Browser

Why is this happening and how do I get rid of it? I just want to click a link and open the main browser or even in the app (message app or Gmail app) like before. Now when I click on any link a mini browser pops up and it doesn't work properly and ask for JavaScript to be enabled, which is already enabled on my default browser. Help please
