Removing Roku TV Channels

How do I do that? There are some I really don't want. I have found how to get rid of some "channels", but those are really whole groups of them. How do I lose only particular channels?

You can go into settings from the main screen, apps, and choose to uninstall from there.
Keep in mind that you can only uninstall ones you've installed, and the others are locked in by Amazon.

Then I can get rid of that reality channel? That'd be a big relief. There's nothing but crap on there.

I don't know what list or app. I'll try to photograph the screen. Maybe that'll make it easier. Woops, I'm getting that stupid message again about the file too big to upload, but I thought they had it fixed.
