ADB

Hi
I'm a java developer and I've been using Android Studio. The weirdest thing happened though. I have two installations of different versions of adb. I tried to remove Android Studio through Settings. ADB still is lingering. There is no ADB or Android Studio or anything of the sort in add/remove programs. But the service is still running. If I go to CMD and type adb services it shows the device. BTW I am running an emulator, not a physical device. I just want to get all instances of adb off of my computer and install bridge 41 installed.

Thanks

Twraven

I'm an Android developer (been also doing web development for suomalaisetkasinot.org and talletusbonuksia.net), I know this issue. I would say that if you want to remove the install version of this ADB, you need to remove it from the computer where ADB is installed. Where the Android SDK is installed you have to remove it from there.

Yeah I know. I don't know how to remove where ADB is installed or how to remove it. Also I've been getting this error:
nt Storage:
Ext Storage: /sdcard
C:\Program Files (x86)\Android\android-sdk\platform-tools\adb -s "emulator-5554" shell mkdir -p "/sdcard/GMstudio"
mkdir: '/sdcard/GMstudio': No such file or directory

On windows you can find the path to adb, from command prompt just type where adb

Code:
C:\Users\marcel>where adb
D:\work_area\android\SDK\platform-tools\adb.exe
