Help emish x700 android , reset ?

Emish x700 android tv box stuck on sleeping man .no command . Tried toothpick ,tried volume and power button still can't get on reset options , any ideas be appreciated. Thanks

Installed as directed. Can't get prog to recognize my Emish 700 device to update? Tried plugged, unplugged, reset, etc?
Tried on 2 different machines. Device still displays red light as if it won't wake from sleep. After a day or 2, poof it will go blue.
Any clue? Thanks!

Hi mate. I have got exactly the same issue. Did you issue get resolved?

Red light won't turn to blue since this morning. I haven't tried anything yet. Your help will be much appreciated.

i assume no one has found a solution to this problem. i also have the same.
i disconnect my EMISH X700 Android TV Box from the 5V power. then reconnect and the LED lights up red.
in some rare cases (1 out of 50) the LED then turns blue. but most of the time only red and therefore not on.
