LOST IP ADDRESS

Wifi is connected but my phone does not connect upon checking this what i see the IP ADDRESS shows below message. How can i recover it?

IP address 0.0.0.0
Subnet Mask 0.0.0.0
Default Gateway..................................

Try restarting both your phone and your router and then see if the problem is still occurring.
If you're still not getting a proper connection after that, please state some extra details
-- What phone do you have and which version of Android is it running?
-- More importantly, what kind of router do you have? is it an ISP-supplied modem/router unit or do you have your own, discrete router?
-- How long has this problem been happening? Just recently or has it been a long-standing issue? If it has been a long period of time, is losing the IP address more of a constant problem or does it happen sporadically?

Could be a router DHCP problem, in that your phone isn't been allocated an IP by it. Try restarting and resetting your router.
