HELP!!!! PLEASE!!!

Hello!!!! I just installed the wrong TWRP for my phone and now it's stuck in "Recovery Botting" For a split second and then going black.... my samsung Galaxy S3 is bricked??? How to fix???

Force it into the bootloader or fastboot/download mode (whatever they call it on that phone). Then flash the correct recovery and hope that's enough (i.e. that it didn't overwrite something else).

If not you'll have to reflash the entire phone. You
should be able to get the firmware from Sammobile.com. I'm never sure which tool you use to flash Samsung's, probably odin.

Thing is, I can't get it into bootloader or download mode, it just flashes "Entering Botting" for a split second and then turns off, even when I try all possible combinations of getting into recovery mode/bootloader/download mode. My computer doesn't even see the device..

Your computer won't see it unless you can get it into the bootloader/download mode or boot it into android. And you've no chance of getting it into recovery if you flashed the wrong one.

You say "you've tried all possible combinations",but just to be sure do you know what combination you should use for this model? A web search tells me that from powered off you should press & hold home+power+volume down at the same time.

If that doesn't work there is probably nothing you can do yourself. Someone with the right kit (e.g. a jtag rig) and knowledge could probably do something, but for home repairs if you can't get it into download mode to flash it then as far as I know you are stuck. So realistically the question is how much are you prepared to pay to get an S3 working again?

Okay, well thank you.. I could pay a few hundred bucks for repairs IG, but for $130 I can get a brand new phone that is better. Thank you.

It would make things more definitive if you actually state just what you did by 'all possible combinations'.
The two established ones for a S3 are:
Download mode -- simultaneously holding down the Volume Down, the Home, and the Power buttons at a cold boot.
Recovery mode -- simultaneously holding down the Volume Up, the Home, and Power Buttons at a cold boot.
Also, before trying either or both, try removing the battery, leave it out for a few minutes, reinstall it and try booting it up again.

As far as your computer not being able to detect your phone, there are several issues that might be the problem
-- installing the latest Samsung device driver if you're using Windows
-- using a different USB cable
-- if you're plugging your phone into a USB hub, try using a port on your computer instead.

Pukk the battery wait 30 sexonds then out it back in then force biot to bootloader
