Focus on camera

My brand new s10 plus is not focusing everytime. What do I do. Hope I dont have to return it and be with no phone when they send it out for repair

While it's not common it can happen unfortunately. There's the rare occasion you might get a faulty device that you need to exchange.

Try what Mike mentioned first and if that doesn't work, try a good camera app from the play store. Gcam by google is a good app to start with.

Hello,

I have a 10+ as well, Samsung happened to my phone. The shutter failed which caused it not to focus. No fix for me. They had to replace my phone.

Still sometimes not focusing. If it keeps happening today I'm gonna bring it back to att. Shouldn't be doing that from what I'm told

Still not focusing every now and then. Is this track focusing supposed to be on or off.

Definitely insist that they loan you a phone, especially if you have a contract with them. Or if they can, they just replace it in the store.

Haven't tried yet. But watch I'll bring it back to store and it won't do what its doing In front of them plus I'm not paying no fees stocking or anything if they have to replace it hell no.

I factory reset phone and so far its focused every time. Hopefully will stay that way
