Help Battery Eaters? S9

All of a sudden, something is depleting the battery on my Samsung Galaxy S9. I've installed two apps: Swiftkey and Your Phone Companion. Is there any way to tell which, if any, is the culprit without uninstalling them?
 
Go to your phone's settings and click on battery, then scroll down and you'll see a list of apps consuming battery and approximate consumption.

There are also apps on the play store that monitor battery usage.
