Help Problems: Data Connectivity and now PRL

I have had this phone for quite some time and I upgraded it but I had to come back to this phone because I accidentally blocked the upgraded phone and now I have data connection problems and my PRL won't update it keeps telling me that there is no network so now what am I supposed to do.

Take both into Boost mobile and complain. It's their network and they control it. No app will fix this issue
