Samsung S4 Verizon Phone: How Can I Port To Another S4?

I have a Verizon Samsung S4 model i545vrsgpl1 that has some cracks on the screen and will obviously die in the next few months. Assuming I can find the same model hardware, is there a procedure that would back up and copy the entire file system and all the installed applications and put those on the new phone? What is the exact procedure to get your data and apps to an identical phone?

Samsung Smart Switch, should allow you to backup and copy all your apps and contents to another Samsung phone. It doesn't necessarily have to be another S4, which is probably quite long in the tooth now, and has been around for 6 years. It's no longer supported by Samsung, Google, and probably many apps.
