I need to know how to get pluto tv onto my skystream box. I live in Canada where it's not available but I heard there's a way to do it. I've moved myself to Detroit through a GPS emulator but it still doesn't show up on google play

You'll more than likely need to move your IP address into the US as well, using a VPN, once you've got the app installed. Pluto TV will only stream to IP addresses in the US.
