apps - cant Access the image on the device screen"

Cant put down the word execute ' Access the image on the device screen' nothing happens when i try to put it. But previously wass good working! Why?
I whant to use software ' screenshoot touch' or some other apps that can make do screenshoots, but now its like do inactive.

So it sounds like you cannot take a screen shot anymore? There are plenty of apps in the play store that should, or a button combination that can do this

But why? I cant do any more? Whats happened , I didnt update the phone ,and that apps before works good!!
I just reinstall it and thats all

My button combinations to take screens is working but why that apps cant anymore?

System say me this, when the app 'screenshoot touch' whant access to the my screen , but it inactive , I can only put down ' отмена' its russian , english - cancel!

I found solution , I turned off my app 'dimming screen'and now can put that button! THANKS!
