Help Problem with thumbnails displaying

This just started a few days ago--thumbnails aren't displaying correctly. Here are two shots of the same post:

Known bug? Or something flaky at my end?!

I get the same thing on my end, using my mobile device...

I'm getting the same thing on my PC browser. Thought it was on my end, but paid no mind to it. Now I know it's the forum. Thanks folks.

GT, I had assumed I'd mucked up some setting in Chrome--until I tried it in another browser.
