Hi all,
I hope somebody can deconfuse me. I have a Talktalk broadband package that includes online security based on F-Secure product. My Talktalk security account shows that protection is applied to my PC, laptop, A5 mobile, S5e tablet and Tab3 tablet.
If I click on Settings/Device Maintenance/Device Security on my A5 I see that protection is by Knox active protection. If I do the same on my S5e tablet, I see a similar message but protection is by McAfee.
The menus on the Tab3 are different and I can't see anything like the above.
The latest Talktalk protection (Talktalk Online Defence) includes a Talktalk Safe Browser. Talktalk say that this is the only browser protected by their software.
I reset the Tab3 after buying the S5e but the Talktalk Online Defence won't work on such an old device.
Questions:
Thanks,
Ian

Questions:
- Is the Talktalk instruction to use only their browser more than just about them getting advertising revenue?
- If I have Knox/McAfee protection on my newer devices, do I need to have the Talktalk package anyway?
- Will a simple app like AVG Secure VPN give me all the browser protection I need on my Tab3?
Thanks,
Ian
