Galaxy S10+ keeps repeating songs

That completely depends on the app you're using to play music. Which app is it?
Check that you haven't got the Repeat One Song option turned on in your music player. On the stock Samsung music player it switches between Repeat One Song, Repeat All Songs, and No Repeat.
