Can't get Bluetooth to work on the Oneplus 5

I have several Plantronics devices. None of them are recognised by the Oneplus 5. My wife has a Oneplus 3t and it doesn't recognise them either.

So nothing is working with two different phones and several Plantronic headsets? Are you sure they're in pairing mode and visible?

Sorry for the delay. They are not detected at all so never get a chance to pair them.
