Help needed with Mi Band 4

Can someone help me with my new Mi Band 4 which has some problems I have not been able to solve. It is connected to my Mi Note 7 phone's Android app Mi Band Fit, but there are important features I cannot get to work --- or even find. If help is not available here, where else can I try?
