Cricket variant Moto G7 Power showing T-Mobile build number??

Title says most of it, I know there's malware on the phone and I've gone through soft and factory resets, turning off backup and auto restore -> factory reset again and even sent for an Insurance replacement and yet it remains.
Anyway I'm going to try and root it and install a custom ROM and have been doing a pretty good amount of research but one of the things I can't figure out is what firmware to download because my Android build version is giving me 'PCOS29.114-134-2' which is a T-Mobile(or apparently Android emulated through windows?) build version and I'm running Cricket.

It's said PCOS before I sent in for the warranty replacement phone, but I distinctly remember my build being PPO-something rather than PCO..

Getting kinda worried I may have been hacked or more worryingly sim swapped.. any advice would be great

Download the firmware based on the model number. You can find the model number on the back at the bottom, under the glass. It'll look something like "XTxxxx-x".

There's a website that has all the firmwares based on model numbers. I think the last firmware update was in June.

Thanks I'll give that a shot. I can just install straight from downloads or is there a special process I need to go through?

Thanks again
