How To Stop Withheld/Private & Unknown Numbers Calling You

Hi All,

basically this is probably a bit of a thick question so please bear with me!

I was curious to know if there's a way of stopping private, withheld or unknown numbers from calling your phone without having to put all of your incoming calls on divert???

For the past few weeks I've been receiving calls from an unknown number that I suspect is more than likely my ex partner who got my number off a mutual friend of ours who i'd asked not to give my number out with my permission but did so anyway.

I realise it's a total shot in the dark but thought i'd ask anyway.

As @Dannydet indicated, YouMail is a good choice; it's well-known for its ability to block/handle all sorts of nuisances. I have no personal experience with it, but routinely recommend it based on input from members whose opinions I trust. It's free, and says it contains ads; I don't know if there's a paid, ad-free version available within the app.
 
I recommend Youmail as well. Been 100% satsified with it since going back to it in April.

It's a great voicemail app that blows away my carrier's vm app.

Best callblocker I have used and I have tried many others.
