"SAMSUNG" as default title in Google Maps

Does anyone else have the problem that when you upload to Google Maps the name "Samsung" appears on new uploads as the description? I've changed Exif and IPCT info in photoshop but "SAMSUNG" still is the default description. Does anyone know a work around?

I am not sure about the case description. Would you like to post some screenshots or more detailed information?
