Hmm, the Note 5 was released with 5.1, which means it probably has factory reset protection. In which case my advice is to try to remember the login details, and do not reset it to try to get past the lock screen

If you've forgotten all your account details, I don't see how you can get back into it. There's often provision for account password recovery, but If you forgotten your email or user-name as well. There's nothing else is there, like secret question, or registered phone number, etc?

A Samsung service center could probably do something. I'd hope proof of ownership would be required.
I only remember this because I recently received a message at it: there's a 'recovery e-mail' setting in Google. It's where you give a non-gmail address to be used by Google only in certain situations, like the OP's. But it has to be set up proactively. And if the person doesn't even know their gmail address, I don't know how they would satisfy Google enough to cause them to send recovery info to their non-gmail address.
And no one in your life, including at work, can tell you your e-mail address?
No one sent you mail? No one has your address in their address book or contacts?

I think @Elisa van wyk means VFD 210 also known as the Vodafone Smart Kicka 3. I am also guessing you are asking how to get past the privacy protection that Vodafone cooked into this device. I don't think there is a way, honestly. At least, not without sending it back for service.
How you deduced all that from a post containing nothing but "VDF 210" is beyond me!
