Play Market application update

Good day.
Can I update an application in Play Market written in Java with an application written in Unity?
Is development platform change allowed?

There are a couple of things that might affect that: How is your app signed? Did you upload .apk or .aab?

The main thing I would be concerned about is a signature difference. If you can preserve your signing key I think you'll be ok.
