Note for Android & Windows, sync

Is there a simple notepad that I can install on Windows and Android that syncs?

The only one I can find is Simplenote but this does not work, full of bugs.
I've tried a few others but can't find something simple that syncs.

Just a simple app I can install on Android & Windows to jot things down, that syncs between devices.

Microsoft OneNote. Doesn't OneNote come with Windows. All you need to do is install the Android app, sign into your Microsoft account with it, and it will be synced with your PC.

Maybe you can try to AnyMessage. It lets to take notes for each contact separately.
