Restore hisuite backup to oppo

Hello my haewui device is damaged and i took backup on my pc using hisuite, i need to restore these data on my new phone oppo specially the contact.db file to restore the contacts or tell me any method to extract my contacts as csv from the .db file

If you backed your contacts up with Google you could just restore them.
