Copy Link Not Working

In the browser window that opens when you click a link (not Chrome), in the menu, the "Copy Link" option doesn't work. I have to select Open in Chrome and actually click the link to copy it Does anyone know a fix for this??

Well I was on Google search and came across a site and I tried numerous times to "copy link" and it will not work. When I go to my clipboard there is no link copied to it. So I restarted my phone to see if that helped, but it didn't help.
I also noticed yesterday that when I copy text and then go to my clipboard, the text did copy but it made 3 or 4 copies and it is happening again today.
