I have an old android tablet that I have connected to an old soundbar via audio cable. Is there a way to configure the tablet to be a bluetooth receiver? so that I can play music from my phone. How to do?

I did not explain well... the soundbar is not bluetooth. Only the tablet and phone are. I would like the tablet to play the music coming from my phone.
