Facebook is down?

Worked for me. Probably to many Happy Thanksgiving's coming your way...

Given how Facebook is such a nasty, covert data miner I'm always scared of all the info it pulls out of my browser just logging into it, but it appears to working fine here in Illinois too.
You can try going to when you think various web sites might be be inaccessible :

Are you having issues just with Facebook's site or are other sites a problem too?
Open a terminal and try ping facebook.com
If you pinging the site is working out OK, it might be a browser issue. If it doesn't, that might indicate a networking issue. Are you having this problem using WiFi or mobile data, or both?

FB is currently accessible in China via a VPN in Japan.

Not so sure on this situation though, it went okay up until my sister arrived, on Thanksgiving, that was around four p.m., and it just shut itself down completely..But recently it is okay.
