Help No Keypad for Voicemail

Today, for the first time, I can't get voicemail on my Nexus 5x because no keypad appears. Tapping the keypad icon does nothing except change its color. The phone app is normal otherwise.

I appreciate any help.

Try restarting/rebooting your phone, in case it's just the app misbehaving.
